The Lancet's special issue, Obesity 2015, includes a number of articles about obesity today, how the current food environment makes it too easy for people to eat unhealthy foods. The editors stress the need for government regulatory action to break the cycle.There are articles here on government and health policy, on prevention and management of obesity, and on childhood and adolescent obesity. There is also an article on combating global obesity issues by creating healthy food environments.
